1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wick, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Wick. Additional terms presented for a specific feature, purchase, trial, or promotion may also apply to that feature.
Wick is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Wick only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and any purchase must be made or authorized by the person responsible for the Apple ID used.
2. Description of Service
Wick provides AI-assisted analysis of trading chart images submitted by users. Outputs may include detected patterns, bullish, bearish, or neutral classifications, support and resistance levels, potential targets or stops, confidence indicators, trade ideas, recommended approaches, and similar technical-analysis information.
Wick provides analytical information only. Wick does not execute trades, connect to or control brokerage accounts, hold or manage funds, or guarantee trading or investment outcomes.
3. Financial and Investment Disclaimer
Wick is provided for informational and educational purposes. It does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and is not a broker, brokerage service, investment adviser, financial adviser, or fiduciary.
Labels and outputs such as Bullish, Bearish, Neutral, Target, Stop, Trade Idea, and Recommended Approach are AI-generated analytical information. They are not guarantees and should not automatically be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Trading and investing involve risk, including possible loss of capital. You are responsible for independently evaluating information and making your own decisions. Consult an appropriately qualified professional where appropriate.
4. AI-Generated Analysis Disclaimer
Wick uses artificial intelligence to analyze chart images. AI-generated results can contain errors and may incorrectly identify patterns or misread prices, tickers, timeframes, support, resistance, targets, stops, or other chart information. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, unsuitable, or otherwise unreliable.
Always independently verify information before relying on it. Wick does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of AI-generated analysis.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for using Wick lawfully, submitting only content you have the right to upload and process, independently evaluating AI-generated analysis, and taking responsibility for your own trading and investment decisions.
You must not submit illegal, infringing, malicious, or prohibited content; compromise, interfere with, abuse, or disrupt Wick; attempt unauthorized access to systems; misuse service interfaces; circumvent usage or subscription restrictions; or use automated systems to abuse free access. You must not reverse engineer or bypass technical protections except where permitted by applicable law.
6. User-Submitted Content
You retain ownership of chart images and other content you submit, subject to any rights belonging to third parties. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit that content.
By submitting content, you grant Wick and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive right to upload, host, store, transmit, process, analyze, and display that content back to you as necessary to provide, secure, and operate the service. This permission is not a license to use your chart images for unrelated advertising or resale. Submitted images are stored in Google Cloud Storage as described in the Privacy Policy and are automatically deleted 90 days after upload.
7. Free Usage and Usage Limits
Wick may provide access to certain features at no charge, subject to daily or other usage limits. Current limits are displayed within the app and may vary or change over time. Reaching a limit may temporarily prevent additional analyses, and Wick may offer a paid subscription for expanded access.
Wick may reasonably modify free-tier limits or availability. References to unlimited Pro access mean that the ordinary free-tier scan allowance does not apply; access remains subject to technical availability, reasonable rate limits, fair-use and abuse-prevention measures, third-party service constraints, and these Terms.
8. Wick Pro Subscriptions and Billing
Wick may offer auto-renewable Wick Pro subscriptions for premium features. The subscription title, the length of each billing period, the content and services included for that period, and the price (including price per period where relevant) are shown before purchase and may vary by region. Any eligible trial or introductory offer is also shown before purchase.
Purchases made in the iOS app are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple account settings at any time after purchase. Where a free trial or introductory offer is included, any unused portion of that free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription to the same content. Deleting Wick does not cancel a subscription.
Pro access depends on an active entitlement, which Wick manages with RevenueCat. Wick supports Restore Purchases for eligible prior purchases. Apple handles refund requests under its applicable policies and procedures. Pricing and plans may change as permitted by applicable rules and with any required notice.
9. Privacy
Use of Wick is also subject to the Wick Privacy Policy, available within the app. It explains how chart images, analysis preferences, local history, subscription information, product analytics, and other information are handled.
10. Third-Party Services
Wick relies on third-party providers for portions of the service, including OpenAI for AI-assisted analysis, Google Cloud for image hosting, storage, and backend infrastructure, RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management, and Apple for App Store distribution and in-app purchases.
Certain features depend on those providers and may be affected by their availability, rules, and applicable terms or privacy practices. Detailed information about data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Except for user-submitted content and third-party materials, the Wick application, Wick branding, original interface designs, original software, original graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Wick and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
User-uploaded chart images remain subject to the User-Submitted Content section. Third-party trademarks, chart interfaces, logos, content, open-source software, libraries, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership of TradingView content or other third-party materials is claimed.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Wick for illegal activity; violate third-party rights; submit malicious content; gain or attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; probe or compromise security; circumvent technical restrictions, subscription controls, or usage limits; conduct automated abuse; or use Wick in a manner that materially harms the service or other users. Restrictions on reverse engineering or technical access apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Service Availability
Wick aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, connectivity problems, or circumstances outside Wick's control may make features unavailable.
Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice will be provided. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be handled subject to applicable law and relevant App Store obligations.
14. Suspension and Termination
Access to Wick may be reasonably restricted or suspended for a material violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, illegal activity, attempts to compromise the service, or circumvention of usage or subscription restrictions. Any effect on paid subscriptions remains subject to applicable law and Apple's applicable policies. This section does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wick and its AI-generated outputs are provided without guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular trading, investment, or other purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wick and its operator are not responsible for trading or investment losses resulting from your independent decisions or reliance on AI-generated outputs, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, and it does not waive mandatory consumer rights. No arbitrary monetary liability cap is established by these Terms.
17. Changes to the Service
Wick may evolve over time. Features, models, limits, interfaces, and integrations may be added, modified, or removed, and specific functionality is not guaranteed to remain permanently available. Material changes affecting paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant App Store obligations.
18. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The effective or last-updated date will be revised when changes are made. Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice of material changes will be provided. Continued use after revised Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply based on where you live. The appropriate courts and dispute procedures are subject to applicable law.
20. Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are concluded between you and Giosuè Santoro only, and not with Apple. Giosuè Santoro, not Apple, is solely responsible for Wick and its content. Apple is not a party to these Terms.
The license granted to you for Wick is a non-transferable license to use Wick on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that Wick may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Giosuè Santoro is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for Wick. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services in relation to Wick.
Giosuè Santoro is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If Wick fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of Wick to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Wick, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of Giosuè Santoro.
Giosuè Santoro, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to Wick or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that Wick fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that Wick or your possession and use of Wick infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Giosuè Santoro, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Wick.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
